This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”). By using and purchasing through this Site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our terms and policies. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.



We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).


Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.


​We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to sanitary reasons. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed online. Online orders are sent to our factory, where they enter the order fulfillment process. Once an order has been confirmed online, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped orders. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer.

PRODUCT REFUNDS: Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, texture or color. Please keep in mind that every nose is different, and scents may be perceived differently per person. We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) during normal operations. However, during a special release, we receive a large amount of orders in a very short amount of time. During a release, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your order to ship. We will always pack orders as quickly and as safely as possible. Orders are not shipped on weekends. 


CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION: We may need to contact you about your order. If proper contact information is not provided, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-response and/or non-compliance.

MISSING PACKAGES: During COVID, we are waiving the signature confirmation. Be aware of your location. If you would like signature confirmation to be added to your order, please contact us within one (1) hour of placing your order so that we can add this to your order. Please take special note that we are not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered by the USPS but is missing to you. Porch/Mail Theft is becoming more and more prevalent and it is not the responsibility of Earth & Ash Soap, LLC or the USPS to replace or reimburse for any missing packages. If you believe that your package is legitimately missing via the USPS, please contact your local USPS office as they are best equipped to locate your package.

​Please know that we cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered but go missing. The provided information is not to just remove ourselves from liability but is the result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the situation financially. We will do everything within our power to resolve any and all situations.

ALLERGY WARNING: We use a variety of ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. This would be similar to a warning that says "This product has been processed in a facility that also processes ______".  It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that we do use other ingredients/possible allergens in our facility. It is always possible that ingredients and finished products have come in contact. It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that we do use other ingredients/possible allergens in our facility. It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Earth & Ash Soap, LLC is not responsible for injuries or accidents.

SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING HEAT: The heat may not be ideal for our products. You should try to bring your order in from the heat just as soon as it arrives. Allow your package to cool to a comfortable room temperature before opening.  Please take this into consideration. All products may be affected by the heat in some way.


When an order is placed, the customer agrees to all shipping charges for products to be purchased from Earth & Ash Soap, LLC Site.  Shipping charges are calculated during the order process. If you are not in agreement with the shipping charges before placing your order, do not complete your order.

US CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION: Currently, our shipping costs are determined by the cost of the order. This helps us to determine shipping by way of flat rate boxes which we are most accustomed. Orders weighing 15.9 oz. or less will be mailed First Class only unless the items are too bulky OR other arrangements have been made. Packages with a value of 100.01 and up will require additional insurance. 


MULTIPLE ORDERS: We do combine multiple orders and will refund excess charges. Flat-rate shipping applies to a single order only. We will make sure our shipping charges are covered prior to refunding excess. Please leave us a note that you have multiple orders pending so we know to combine.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We have the right to update our privacy and store policy without notice.
